The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee - October 18-22

The Northwest Fine Arts Division will present its fall theatre production, the musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Wednesday Oct. 18, Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium on the Senatobia campus. Admission is $5 for the public and free for students with a valid student ID.

The portal to a better future is just a click away for thousands of Mississippians. The Complete 2 Compete website provides information available to help Mississippi adults who completed some college, but no degree, return to college and complete the requirements to earn their degrees.

Winners of the 2+2 Scholarship Golf Tournament announced

Winners have been determined for the annual BancorpSouth/Northcentral Electric Power Association (NCEPA) 2+2 Scholarship Golf Tournament, benefitting students from Northwest Mississippi Community College and the University of Mississippi at DeSoto Center. The event was held on Thursday, Sept. 14 at Cherokee Valley Golf Course in Olive Branch. A total of 33 teams competed.
